Я так и не увидел попытки посмотреть на состояние диска. Если он сыпется - смысла в попытках восстановить систему на нем особого нет - опять упадет.
Подсказываю детально, после загрузки live подключаете сеть, и:
/dev/sdb - на основе предыдущей картинки. После новой загрузки может поменяться порядок и этот диск стать sda - проверьте через fdisk, данные нужны по hitachi.
Если запостите сюда вывод - подскажу по состоянию.

Только вошел. Спасибо, буду пробовать. Проверял викторией. Но побыв на свежем воздухе, вспомнил что в меню GRUB надписи были: Mint 20.3 и вторая строчка Mint 20.3 с дополнительными .... на русском
Может этот груб залететь откуда нибудь типа слетел. Но вин10 грузится именно с этого диска. На SSD лицензия, настроена по другому.
Я готов накрайняк снести, переразбить диск и установить с нуля. Просто хочется попробовать процесс восстановления. А когда всё работает не интересно.

Vaspet, Пока не сыпется, но единичный сбой на поверхности есть. Мог быть причиной произошедшего, но скорее всего причина все же ниже. Но желательно прогнать тест поверхности с помощью victoria перед дальнейшими изысканиями, но после ниже изложенного:
Основное подозрение - проверить (или просто заменить на всякий случай) дата-кабель которым диск к материнке подключается. Одна из ошибок может быть им вызвана. И скорее всего именно в это время произошло первое зависание. А сейчас кабель периодически искажает данные, из-за чего файловой системе становится плохо. В общем-то, там скорее всего, проще переставить систему после замены будет.
Однако данная ошибка кроме кабеля может происходит по вине чипсета материнки или даже самого диска. Но это редко. Чаще всего - кабель.

Викторией прогонял днём, больше часа шарила. Правда только чтение, запись не рискнул. Буду переставлять систему и заменю кабель. Извините за напряг. Мне надо БУКВАРЬ и АЗБУКУ читать.. Книги я подобрал, а тут это.

При выборе линукс одним из факторов было то, что здесь живой форум. Встречались форумы с ответом на вопрос через два месяца. Правда непонятно прочитал автор или нет. Ответ остался без комментариев. Я в шоке был.
