Смотрю есть 2 видяхи, но комп работает на встроенной от intel
драйвера стоят на nvidia.
не могу найти как поменять их

x3qop3, сначала сделай бэкап, потом экспериментируй.
В дебиане нет легкой настройки Bumblebee
https://wiki.debian.org/ru/Bumblebee
Как вариант, можно MX Linux поставить (сейчас уже rc1) и добавить Cinnamon.
